If you want to show a presentation to colleagues or clients, you go on as usual. You create your presentation with Powerpoint, Keynote or Indesign and you save it as a PDF file. You also appoint your conference call with Outlook or Calendar as you would expect.

Then you upload your PDF file to the SIMPLYSLIDES server where it will be processed for you. After that, you can have a look at your slides or delete the file if you want to change something. Then you simply upload a new PDF file.

Now you can invite your audience. Click on invite to open a window where you can easily add participants by adding their email addresses and they will get an invitation email with an access link. Next to your participant list you see, whether she/he has accepted the invitation.

From the point you want to start, you lead the conference call as usual. Simply click the start button and off you go. Only you have control over the presentation and the participants can only see what you show them. So they stay on topic and you stay in control.

When you’re done with your presentation, click on finish. The participants have no possibility of seeing the presentation again or download it.
